Weather around the world

As you know, our new topic for this term is weather around the world. Over the next few weeks in our ICT lessons we’re going to research about the different weather in the world and put together a database to show the information. For today, your challenge should you wish to accept it, is to:

1. Write the name of a country on this post.
2. Once everyone has written a name of a country, choose at least eight countries and locate them on a map.
3. Research using either atlases or websites what the capital for each country is.
4. Find out at least three weather facts about that capital, you could look at the minimum and maximum temperatures, wind speed, wind direction etc…
5. Begin to devise a table using any ICT program you wish to show your data.

Happy weather hunting!
